Shipping Policy
CastConcrete only ship within The European Union.
Delivery is via Malta Post, DHL, UPS or a third party courier.
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by MaltaPost.
Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, CastConcrete are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
Shipping cannot be sent to PO boxes and items must be delivered to occupied addresses.
Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 10 business days for delivery of stocked items. Additional time for items that need to be ordered in may cause delays. Back orders or delays will be notified to you directly.
Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
RETURNING OF GOODS
Goods returned to CastConcrete for change of mind or you have ordered incorrectly, will only be accepted on the below conditions:
CastConcrete must be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of goods, of intent to return items.
Must be returned BEFORE 30 days of original purchase.
Goods must be returned in full ie. No missing parts.
Goods/ Packaging must be in a saleable condition.
Please send us an email at info@castconcrete.eu for all Returns. Please Include your order number and photos of the condition of the item/s.
Once approved you will be sent a Returns Form to fill out and this must be attached to your Returns.
These Conditions Apply to ALL Returns:
20% restocking fee applies for all items returned after 30 days of purchase.
NO returns of special orders and custom made items/products will be accepted.
No Returns of Vanities that have been opened or attempted to be installed are accepted.
Delivery costs are non-refundable and return postage is at the expense of the customer.
All items must be in original condition, no writing or damage to the packaging and uninstalled. We recommend all returned items are sent with postal tracking and insurance. Returns must be returned in a bag/box as any damage to the original packaging will result in a charge.
When returning an item before 30 days, the customer covers the shipping cost back to the CastConcrete studio.
All returns will undergo a quality check upon return to the CastConcrete studio. Cast Concrete will email once your return has been processed. Please allow 14 days for this.
A full refund will only be applied if goods are deemed not fit for purpose or an alternative cannot be offered. Refunds will be available for all goods sold with major faults/defects as per European Union Consumer Law.
All returns will be handled on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of CastConcrete.
DAMAGED GOODS
All goods must be inspected within 24 hours upon receiving for breakages or damages or claims could be void.
If you notice the parcel looks damaged upon receiving please take photos of the items before unpacking.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We hold a limited range of stock in our studio. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the time promised we will call you ASAP or email after placing your order to find an alternative or work with you on a delivery time.
